mmm i recommend pasting it into MS Paint first; save it & then open it in Word.

Well right after I press prt scrn I paste it to microsoft word but instead it pastes something else like text or something

hmmmm... are you sure you're pressing the "prt sc" button & then immediately pasting it into ps or paint?

Its a Dell and the program thingy is Windows 2000
